Wildlife Training & Bear Awareness

This Program is designed to enable the worker to minimize the effects encounters with wildlife can create on a jobsite.  Whether working in a remote environment, on the farm or closer to home the program provides information on:

Animals that can be encountered,

Seasonal cycles for most species,

Higher risk locations,

The animal’s habits and potential threat response,

Preventative planning to reduce the potential of encounters,

What to do when animals are encountered.

Integrating information from the training program into corporate safety planning will provide a safer working environment and give workers, supervisors and other field personnel the understanding to de-escalate wildlife encounters.
