Marj Voll
Supervisor of Instructors
Marj brings almost 20 years of experience in the administration and management of small business. During her career she has constantly upgraded her academic training through SIAST, continued Professional Development Training and last received her Diploma in Computer Networking from Lakeland College, Lloydminster.
In 2001 her area of responsibility was expanded to include safety. Since that time Marj has made safety her primary focus for the past decade with both training and development.
Marj joined the CANSAFE team in 2000 providing administrative support. Due to her increased experience in safety Marj began to expand into the area of instructional safety in 2008.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervisor of Instructors
- Oversee training equipment and supplies.
- Recommend systems and procedures for training materials
- Assist in the development of select training courses
- Audit and evaluate contract instructors
- Recommend acquisition of new training equipment and supplies
- Recommends company policies and procedures related to instructional services.

Kellee Lacombe
Senior Safety Instructor/Research Assistant
Kellee has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Emergency Medical Services and has been a certified First Aid Instructor since 1998.
Kellee joined the CANSAFE team in 2000. In addition to providing certified safety instruction, Kellee assists in the development of specialized training materials, courses and also provides assistance in the office through data entry & general office duties.

Rob Munro
Senior Safety Instructor/Program Development
Starting in the industry as a medic, Rob took advantage of the diverse working environments he was exposed to. Quickly adapting to onsite safety, Rob has worked gas plant turn-a round’s, pipeline and drilling projects in remote locations. Off season, Rob was contracted into the power line industry where his fall protection and rescue background developed.
As an expecting father, Rob came out of the field and found a new area of safety, instructing, and never looked back. The diverse background of working environments provides the field experience for many of the training programs he instructs. Dynamic and enthusiastic, he looks forward to the challenges of showing how the training applies to the work done in the field.

Gayla Morgan
Instructor/Research assistant
Gayla brings 25+ years of First Aid experience. Gayla has provided instruction at the standard, advanced, and Instructor levels. Along with this she has provided training in WHMIS, and conducted workplace orientations. Gayla has worked in the field of workplace safety in several roles, and has a keen interest in the health and safety of those around her.
Prior to focusing on safety Gayla worked with people with differing abilities assisting them with skill development and obtaining personal growth and success.
Gayla joined the CANSAFE team in 2011
