Linda

Office Coordinator

Linda has been a vital member of CANSAFE’s team since February of 2011. She brings many years of experience in the service industry.

Linda has been a long time resident of Lloydminster and is responsible for the coordination of daily events at CANSAFE’s Lloydminster office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Coordinator
  • Maintains client relations
  • Handles invoicing, accounts receivables & deposits
  • Prepares and issues safety certification.
  • Maintains regular correspondence to clients and suppliers.
  • Maintains course bookings, and reception

 

Elisha

Coordinator; Client Services

Elisha has been a vital member of CANSAFE’s team since June 2011. She graduated from Reeves Business College with her Accounting Technician Diploma in February 2011. Elisha has gained her experiences with customers throughout her many years of retail.

Elisha was born in raised and remains a resident of Lloydminster. She will be leaving for maternity leave in February 2012.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinator; Client Services
  • Reception and coordination of front desk operations including electronic reception
  • Organization of all student materials and facility services such as cleaning & inventory control
  • General preparation for daily courses including classroom set up, preparing rosters and registering students into class
  • Prepare all information necessary for site specific training
  • Enter and maintain all internal training records
  • Responsible to maintain fax/email lists
  • General support for all staff when needed
